Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: I do not at the moment but stay tuned on social media & sign up for the email newsletter for updates.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Upon ordering an item, I will pack and send it out within 7-10 business days. You will receive your tracking information during packing so tracking will update once the box has been scanned by the post office. If you item is a preorder or a custom order then the item will be shipped between 10-12 weeks after you have placed your order.

Q: Something sold out before I could purchase it, will you make it again?

A: Possibly but no guarantees! Reason being, some items are super popular or intricate and I do my best to keep them in stock - but I'm a one woman artist and sometimes I can't always keep up with demand. Each item is handmade and a piece of art. Art is often times difficult to replicate. I do my best but each batch is small for that reason! It's first-come-first-serve around here! 

Q: What about returns and refunds?

A: Please read the "Return Policy" form on the bottom of the Home Page. If you are unsure if your order qualifies, email me at uppercallceramics@gmail.com 

Q: How do I care for my pottery once it arrives?

A: All items are dishwasher and microwave safe (unless there is gold luster)! However, I would *highly recommend handwashing* when possible to maintain the longevity of your piece!

Q: I sent you a DM on TikTok/IG/Patreon but you haven't responded?

A: It most likely went to my spam in inbox! I would love to answer any questions you may have so send them my way! The best way to do that is to scroll down to the footer of this page and select the "Contact" button and I will be in touch soon! 

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

I do ship internationally! However, shipping costs, customs & postage are usually quite high. I cannot assist with the fees involved in shipping your item. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with your country’s shipping policies & custom fees. I am always excited to see an international order but please understand I can’t do anything to lower the costs. Due to the recent tariffs, I may discontinue international at any given moment.
