Returns & Non-Returnables
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within 24 hours if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right!
If the item arrived damaged, please provide me with photos of the box, your item(s), and your order number.
Lost Mail
Unfortunately, I cannot issue a refund for orders that are lost in the mail. But I can offer a replacement in the form of a preorder (made-to-order piece) that I will ship out again once completed.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products or preorders (such as special orders or personalized items that are made in advance) or discounted items that were ordered without reading the descriptions and looking closely at the photos (e.g. you bought an item that had a different handle than expected).
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items. I cannot accept a return simply because you no longer want your piece, all sales are final unless lost or damaged. I cannot accept a refund on items that are broken by you or a pet (those cats love to knock over mugs!). Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the piece(s)!
